Change Makers for Mac Kids

Donate Spare Change to Make Change at McMaster Children's Hospital

Change Makers for Mac Kids

The Change Makers for Mac Kids program is a corporate-based initiative organized by the McMaster Children's Hospital Foundation in collaboration with Astral Radio Hamilton. The concept is simple; spare change is collected during the month of April in order to benefit the children of our region.

Participating in the Change Makers for Mac Kids program is a fun, simple way to raise funds and help make a big difference in the lives of children who are cared for at McMaster Children's Hospital. If your workplace would like to participate, you will be provided with a change collection container that is outfitted with your logo.

If your workplace needs some encouragement, feel free to challenge other businesses, work departments, etc. Remember, competition is always good when local children are rewarded!

The Change Makers for Mac Kids program will culminate in the annual Radiothon event taking place at McMaster Children's Hospital on Thursday, May 5, 2011. Your change can be dropped off at the Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation office (40 Wellington Street North, Hamilton) in advance of that date, or delivered to the Hospital on May 5, wherein the total program amount will be announced.

The funds generated through the Change Makers for Mac Kids program will be designated to the Hospital's "Greatest Need" fund. By directing your donations to this area, you're helping Mac Kids meet  its most urgent needs related to life saving equipment, revitalization of our physical infrastructure, research and programs.

If you would like to register for this program, please contact Parker Neale of the McMaster Children's Hospital Foundation at 905-521-2100 ext. 42373.

Thank you for helping us make change!
