We look forward to your joining us on this Gala Culinary Journey across the SEVEN continents in support of life-altering research
Please find your tickets enclosed for Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation’s Annual Gala being held February 19, 2011 at Hamilton Convention Centre.
The Gala commences with doors opening at 7:00 pm. With the Gala’s new format this year, guests will “travel the seven continents” through a culinary journey with notable chefs from around the region staffing food stations.
Guests will have the opportunity to travel through each food station in the ballroom where foods from around the world will have been prepared by Chefs from restaurants that include: Boo’s Bistro and Wine Bar, HECFI; Inn on the Twenty; LoPresti’s at Maxwell’s; Mistura Restaurant and Sopra Upper Lounge; Quatrefoil; Red Canoe Bistro, and Spencer’s at the Waterfront.
The Formal program will commence at 9:00 pm as we pay tribute to Global Research and Innovation at Hamilton Health Sciences and in particular we will honour Dr. Stuart Connolly, Director, Division of Cardiology.
At the conclusion of the formal program, the raffle draw will take place to award three amazing prize packages created to match the evening’s theme. At this point in the evening multi-Juno award winner Jully Black whose hits include Running and Seven Day Fool will take the stage followed by DJ Jody Litvack.
