On October 22, the Hamilton Tiger-Cats will be hosting their first annual PINK Game in honour of breast cancer awareness.
As part of the league-wide initiative, the team is offering discounted tickets to the game to all Hamilton Health Sciences staff, patients and supporters. The tickets, regularly $55, are available for $40 through an online promotional offer, with $20 being donated to the CIBC Breast Assessment Centre at Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre.
The team will also be selling limited edition PINK merchandise at the game, as well as auctioning off game-worn PINK equipment used that day with proceeds also benefiting the planned Centre.
