The 12th annual Strides (formerly Strides for the General) took place on Saturday September 17, 2022 and what an incredible day it was! After two years of a virtual event, we were so excited to celebrate together again in-person at Bayfront Park. We’re so grateful for the amazing support from the community.

Thank you to our valued sponsors, partners, volunteers, participants and donors who made this event a success. With your wonderful support, we raised over $93,000 (and counting!)

There's still time to support patient care and vital equipment needs at Hamilton General Hospital, including the Regional Rehabilitation Centre, and St. Peter's Hospital.
