Hamilton Health SciencesFoundation (HHSF) is seeking a Legacy Giving Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of our Legacy Giving Program. Reporting to the Vice President,Community and Legacy Giving, this role is responsible for engaging with donors and prospects interested in leaving estate gifts—through wills, life insurance,or trusts—and managing a portfolio of confirmed and potential legacy donors.The Legacy Giving Manager will also coordinate campaigns, professional partnerships, and donor communications while collaborating internally to ensure accurate processing and stewardship of legacy gifts.

We’re looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our HHSF team in the Philanthropy and Partnership Department, providing critical support that enables meaningful giving and lasting impact. This role provides dedicated, specialized administrative support to advance our strategic fundraising goals through effective calendar coordination, meeting logistics, document preparation, managing priorities, providing excellence in customer service to donors and internal and external stakeholders, and providing administrative and project support directly to the VP, Philanthropy & Partnerships.
